He is still amazing! Has forgotten nothing and the band sounds great. Hard to list the great musicians who played in his Bluesbreakers. Eric Clapton, Peter Green, Mick Taylor, Coco Montoya & Walter Trout, Buddy Whittington, and now the lady in red.
John is 85 here. Most people have retired and died years before the age of 80, and here’s John still on the road plying his craft. Amazing.
John is such a great performer: great harp, keyboards, guitar, voice – what else do you need!
