All I see is a bunch of people who love music to death having a lot of fun. I don’t see any forced chemistry or bullying. Chuck looks like he’s having a lot of fun and is in a different place mentally – as in, playing with people with good energy takes him to another place, like something hiding in him suddenly opens up and brightens up the whole room. Now he may have been a hardass, but he was just trying to get the best out of everyone.
