Gary Moore – Still Got The Blues and Walking By Myself

Gary Moore – Still Got The Blues and Walking By Myself – Live At Montreux, 1997.

That guitar is plugged straight into his heart. He was the best!
The only man who managed to mix Hard Rock, Metal and Blues in one song. I don’t know how he did it, but he did it!

Gary Moore was most definitely one of the greatest guitarists ever. He knew the fretboard better than most of us know the back of our own hands. He was a genius. It makes me feel sick that people today worship useless Z List celebrities & have probably never even heard of Gary Moore. RIP GARY.

Lyrics:
“Still Got The Blues”
Used to be so easy to give my heart away.
But I found out the hard way,
There”s a price you have to pay.
I found out that love was no friend of mine.
I should have known time after time.

So long, it was so long ago,
But I’ve still got the blues for you.

Used to be so easy to fall in love again.
But I found out the hard way,
It”s a road that leads to pain.
I found that love was more than just a game.
You’re playin” to win, but you lose just the same.

So long, it was so long ago,
But I’ve still got the blues for you.

So many years since I’ve seen your face.
Here in my heart, there”s an empty space
Where you used to be.

So long, it was so long ago,
But I’ve still got the blues for you.

Though the days come and go,
There is one thing I know.
I”ve still got the blues for you.

“Walking By Myself”

You know I love you.
You know it’s true.
Give you all my love, babe.
What more can I do?

Walking by myself,
I hope you’ll understand.
I just want to be your lovin’ man.

I love ya, yes I love you
with my heart and soul.
I wouldn’t mistreat you
for my weight in gold.

You know I love you.
You know it’s true.
Give you all my love, babe.
What more can I do?

Walking by myself,
I hope you’ll understand.
I just want to be your lovin’ man.

Here we go!
Keep on walkin’!

You know I love you.
You know it’s true.
I give you all my, babe.
What more can I do?

I’m walking by myself,
I hope you’ll understand.
I just want to be your lovin’ man.

I said I’m walking by myself,
I hope you’ll understand.
I just want to be your lovin’,
I just want to be your lovin’,
I just want to be your lovin’ man.
That’s right.
